Lab Master BD started from a simple observation: diagnostic centers need software that understands local workflows — multi-test investigations, ৳ billing, dues and refunds, Bengali printouts, referring-doctor commissions, and busy front-desk pressure.
Lab Master BD শুরু হয়েছিল এক সহজ উপলব্ধি থেকে: ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টারের এমন সফটওয়্যার দরকার যা স্থানীয় ওয়ার্কফ্লো বোঝে — মাল্টি-টেস্ট ইনভেস্টিগেশন, ৳ বিলিং, বাকি ও রিফান্ড, বাংলা প্রিন্টআউট, রেফারিং ডাক্তার কমিশন এবং ব্যস্ত ফ্রন্ট-ডেস্ক চাপ।
So we built a Diagnostic Management System that keeps the whole center connected — from patient registration to lab results, imaging, inventory, accounts, HR, and attendance.
